Arcadia Kid’s Fun Museum is fun for all ages, but the activities and interactions are most appropriate for children aged 12 months to 11 years of age.
We have a greeter at the main gate to monitor that children do not exit the museum on their own. We have security cameras located throughout the museum.
NO! District Kids! is an unsupervised play facility. The child or children MUST be accompanied by an adult. We encourage parent (or adult) be present and supervise their children at all times!
Yes! The entrance from inside the Oviedo Mall is wheelchair accessible. The interior is all flat floor. However, the miniature play houses may not be able to accommodate wheel chairs.
To allow for the most space for children to play in the museum we ask that strollers be limited if possible. We have limited space for stroller parking. If full, you may be requested to park your stroller outside in the mall area. Arcadia, is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in strollers.
No, however, we encourage comfortable play wear for the kids. In attempt to keep the area safe for all kids including toddlers, we request proper foot coverage. Shoes must be kept on at all times, including our climber.
No. Outside food is not permitted in the museum. A birthday cake is permitted with a reserved party. We have a re-admittance policy which allows you to leave the museum and re-enter if space allows. Visit the vendors at the Food Court or District, Eat and Play for delicious meals.
Yes, we offer gift cards which can be loaded with any denomination that you choose. See our main desk attendant for more information.
Absolutely! We encourage families to play together in our exhibits. Your child will learn and grow even more by your involvement and interaction with them in the exhibits. Adults, may not play on the indoor climber.
We are located at the east end of the mall, near Sears, District Eat -Play and Hallmark. You may park at Sears or District and walk through these merchants during their regular business hours. You may also park at the food court/movie theater entrances and walk down to the east end of the mall. We are the very last store on the right.
